Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to ideationmasters.com and to every course, membership and coaching programme offered by Ideation Masters, run by Neetu Chakravorty ("we", "us"). By buying or using any of them, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

• Mini courses (₹499 each): self-paced online courses with short video lessons and downloadable worksheets.
• Writer's Studio membership (₹999 a month or ₹7,999 a year): access to every mini course, the resource library, a monthly live online Q&A and a members' WhatsApp group, for the period paid for.
• Full Book Coaching (₹20,000): 12 weeks of online one-to-one coaching, including 12 months of Writer's Studio membership.

2. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Monthly membership is paid one month at a time; your access continues for each month you pay for.

3. Your account and access

After payment, you receive an email invitation to the members' area (see our Delivery Policy). Your login is for you alone. Please don't share it, or the course videos, worksheets or other materials, with anyone else.

4. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, worksheets, canvases and methods are the original work of Ideation Masters and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning and work. You may not copy, resell, republish or distribute them, in whole or in part.

5. Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions take place online at times agreed by email. You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may not be rescheduled.

6. Live sessions and community

Live Q&A sessions and the WhatsApp group are for members' learning. Please be respectful. We may remove anyone who shares abusive, spam or promotional content, without a refund.

7. No guarantees

Our courses and coaching give you tools, structure and feedback. Results depend on your own effort, so we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, such as publishing a book or a career result.

8. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
