Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to buy with confidence. Here is exactly how refunds and cancellations work for each offer.

Mini courses (₹499)

Lesson 1 of every course is free to try before you buy. Because courses are digital and access is given straight away, we cannot offer refunds once your login has been sent. If you were charged by mistake or charged twice, we'll refund the extra payment in full.

Writer's Studio membership (₹999 a month or ₹7,999 a year)

• Monthly: you can stop at any time by simply not paying for the next month. There are no automatic renewals. We don't refund a month that has already started.
• Yearly: if you change your mind within 7 days of paying, and before you have downloaded more than one course's materials, we'll refund you in full. After that, yearly membership is non-refundable.

Full Book Coaching (₹20,000)

If you cancel before your first coaching session, you'll receive a full refund. Once coaching has started, fees are non-refundable. You can reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice.

If we cancel

If we ever have to cancel a coaching programme or a paid service we can't deliver, you'll receive a full refund for the part not delivered.

How to ask for a refund

Email us with your name, the email you paid with and your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method and usually reach you within 5–7 working days.
