Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This policy explains what personal information Ideation Masters ("we", "us"), run by Neetu Chakravorty, collects through ideationmasters.com, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, email address and phone number, when you sign up to the newsletter, request a call or buy a course, membership or coaching.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of your payment, your name, email and phone, but never your card, UPI or bank details.
• Members' area login: your email address and a password you choose, stored securely by our hosting provider, Netlify.
• Anything you choose to tell us, such as your book idea or answers to course feedback forms.

How we use it

• To give you access to what you've bought, and to send your login.
• To arrange and deliver coaching sessions and live Q&As.
• To send the newsletter, if you signed up. Every issue lets you unsubscribe.
• To reply to your questions and improve our courses.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services we need to run the business: Netlify (website hosting, forms and logins), Razorpay (payments), Google (email and video calls) and WhatsApp (the members' group, if you join it). Each follows its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are a customer or subscriber, and for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe from emails. Just write to us using the details below.
